 Shipping Policy

We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Tracking numbers are posted as soon are orders shipped. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon.

For US orders, orders typically take up to 5 business days to process and ship, and delivery can take up to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Very rarely does shipping take more than 15 business days. In this case, please contact us at and we will work with you to locate your package.

For international orders, we aim to provide the quickest shipping possible. For European and Asian countries, shipping is typically the same as US shipping, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to logistical reasons. If you have questions about item availability and shipping times to your country, please reach out to us at and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping. Shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes.

Due to high order volumes, we cannot guarantee the availability of an item. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, and we will refund you the full amount you paid for that item.

Cancelling Orders

Please contact us to cancel your order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the order submission so long that your item has not been processed and shipped from our warehouses within that time frame. Credit card companies and banks usually take 3 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Do check with your credit card company and bank, and then reach out to us if you have any further issues

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. On-sale purchases are final; you cannot return on-sale items after delivery.

We reserve the right to withhold up to 15% of your refund as a restocking fee. We typically do not do exchanges, only returns. Please contact us if you believe you are in an exceptional situation. 

Please ensure your address and order is correct when placing orders. Once items have been shipped, we cannot cancel the order nor can we cannot offer a refund in this scenario.

If it has been over 20 business days since shipment and your order still has not arrived, please contact us immediately at In cases of a lost package, we will send you a replacement order as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must send your items back to TBEOutfitters and a refund will be processed once we verify that the items are in an acceptable condition. Email to arrange a return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An email invoice or order confirmation receipt will suffice. Please do not send your items back to us without contacting us first, we will not be able to provide a refund or ship your item back in this scenario.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial or null refunds will be granted:

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective item, please send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
